心得過程:
高中時我就是個胖子

畢業後當兵入伍時體重88kg,我人生最瘦時,是我當兵在受班長訓期間瘦到72kg,當時體
測伏地挺身能兩分鐘做67下,仰臥起坐兩分鐘58下,單槓9下,三千公尺跑12分半。

但是結束受訓下部隊後,就沒控制體重,也沒像受訓這麼積極操體能,所以體能也都秉持
著體測能過就好,退伍時就胖回85kg。
退伍後進入職場當上班族,完全沒在運動,完全沒有。
今年一月公司體檢體重胖到105公斤

一堆項目都是紅字,每個駐站醫生都告訴我「你該運動囉!」
但是我不把體檢當作一回事,一樣不運動,亂吃亂喝亂吃宵夜,當時我吃完全沒控制,中
午吃完便當還會再吃三個水煎包,晚餐吃小火鍋飯能吃三碗,回到家宵夜煮泡麵來吃,幾
乎每天都會吃宵夜,體重在今年三月中時達到高峰107公斤。

在今年四月一號我失戀了,意識到自己這樣實在太誇張了,所以開啟了我的減重計畫。
一開始,四月五月時,我報名了健身房(單月報兩次),每天下班後和假日都一定報到,
開始跑步,然後開始把本版設到我的最愛,一開始都是有氧運動,然後搭配一些重訓,試
著找回以前運動的感覺。
這兩個月的飲食狀況則是參考版內其他分享者的心得
早餐吃饅頭蛋+無糖豆漿
午餐自己帶家裡便當,不吃澱粉

晚餐則是吃燙青菜,或到公司附近的素食店吃青菜吃飽。
不吃宵夜,晚上健身房回來餓了,最多一杯無糖豆漿,然後戒掉手搖杯,以前我每天能喝
一到兩杯,現在最多要喝也喝無糖的茶類。
完全不吃炸物,公司每個月訂的下午茶,就只訂飲料不吃炸物。
四五月的健身房搭配飲食控制,很快就讓我瘦了15公斤。
當時每天鞭策我進健身房的動力是失戀的痛,但是,時間久了,情傷沒那麼的痛,我開始
有了藉口不去健身房,飲食也開始失去了些控制。
我媽騎自行車好一陣子了,她也是運動減肥瘦了很多,在我還是肥宅的時候,她已經騎單
車環島過,一堆知名的山路也都騎過,所以因為我媽,我接觸了自行車這個運動。

剛開始騎自行車,我常常跟不上其他車友,騎不到20K腳就痠,屁股就痛。

但慢慢的我開始騎出了興趣!
在六月中我買了我第一台公路車

我開始越騎越有心得,越騎越有興趣
從一開始的小山路,慢慢開始接觸更難的山路,和更長遠的里程
一開始我大概騎30K平路+4k山路就很受不了了,但是我發現我真的愛上騎自行車,所以每
天下班不管多累我都會換上全副裝備,去騎個幾K。
我也開始加入我活動縣市的車隊和單車社團,假日這些車隊或社團開團,通常都是早上六
點集合,我家離集合地點還要一個小時左右的單車車程,所以每次我都要三點半就要起床
準備出門,但是我從來沒睡過頭或遲到。

我開始練車後,飲食就變得不像之前前兩個月一樣斤斤計較,目前我只要“正常”吃就好
,不暴飲暴食,不吃宵夜,不吃炸物,注意少油少糖少鹽就好。
早餐雞肉飯+豆漿+蛋餅都ok,飽就對了。
中午吃家裡帶的便當,沒便當就訂公司的,不怎麼餓我就會選擇吃小七沙拉或燙青菜。
晚餐有要夜騎的話就飯糰+豆漿,餓會騎不動,太飽騎會不舒服,剛好就好。
夜騎完假如很餓,我會喝杯無糖豆漿。

最後的話:
我會選在85公斤時來分享心得,是因為我剛好騎完武嶺,而85公斤是我和前任女友在一起
前的體重,這不是終點,而是中間一個很重要的過程,我目標體重是75公斤以內,照我目
前的訓練量,我希望能明年五月前達成。因為目前是追求身體的輕量化,所以體態可能看
起來鬆鬆的XD追求體態漂亮的人可能覺得我這樣運動不是他們想要的
但重點是……
我現在比以前健康,比以前有活力,比以前更開心。
以前我做的運動都是有目的性的,所以不能持久,也在於我不夠有熱忱,騎單車原本也是
因為單純想減肥,但是騎久了,才發現騎單車真的是我第一次愛上的運動。
這次騎上武嶺我哭了,感覺這幾個月的時間我沒有辜負自己,我終於能感覺到我比以前更
愛自己,登頂時這種紮實又快樂的滿足感,毫不保留騎到抽筋而燃燒的自己,落下的眼淚
原來這麼爽!

以前,都是找藉口不去運動,但是現在都是找藉口讓自己不要運動XD…腿還是得充分休息
,要不然真的沒事都想要騎個幾K吹吹風。
騎完武嶺當然不會停止我騎單車,接下來年底的陽金3P賽事,明年目標西進武嶺能進步一
小時,完成東進武嶺,一日雙塔認證……
騎單車對我而言真的很快樂,我不追求比誰還要快,但我希望能超越每一次的自己。
減重,是愛上運動的Bonus。
