: 晚餐:大多外食(可能又重覆以上的) 若是中午吃比較飽 就晚上吃水果
: 偶爾會自己煮地瓜粥 燙青菜 太難的菜不會料理
: (很少自煮 因為下班回到家都6點多了 再開伙 煮好飯可能都7點多了)
: 但自己帶便當實在有難度 下班回家真的好累 而且不是很喜歡隔夜菜
: (公司是有提供蒸飯箱、微波爐、電鍋)
: 在考慮是否要直接買菜 冰公司冰箱 中午蒸一蒸
有同事這樣搞 我看過 簡單到一個不行
通通丟在便當盒 拿去微波!!!
(因為她很瘦 還看她常常微波水餃)
十分鐘就可以解決
: (因為我不是很愛吃肉 也不太會料理肉類 所以都吃雞蛋或豆漿補充蛋白質= =)
因為這幾個月開始運動搭配飲食
才發現 懶都是藉口.........
告訴你一個超級懶料理
我是那種懶到完全不會開火也不願意開火 水果要處理皮的也一律不吃的那種懶
只吃奇異果 火龍果 那種對切就可以吃的那種懶
(還是瘦了一個size)
多爬文就知道
吃對東西 比吃飯時間重要 七點多吃其實還好 正妹也都這個時間吃
像我真的很懶 (一直強調 我真的很懶)
我晚餐也外食
還是有辦法不吃隔夜菜喔! 很簡單
家裡有電鍋就行 (國際牌大好!用了十年以上)
熱量稍微算一下 別太少別太仙女就好
基本上我就這幾種食材: 蛋 豆腐 肉(不用料理也沒關係) 麥片 菜
全部 沒錯 就是全部 丟在碗裡面 隨便攪攪 (豆腐我自己切 肉媽媽有切好的)
根本不用十分鐘 動作快一點 不要洗 五分鐘就好
拿去蒸 蒸的時候 做幾個深蹲 就可以吃了 不用半小時!!!
有沒有很懶!!!! 還不用油 (魚或牛肉本身就有天然的動物油脂)
因為我很懶得處理飯 甚至這招連飯都不用洗&煮了!!!! 用麥片取代
(PS. 不過我澱粉有攝取夠喔! 應該啦! 早上吃饅頭 中午吃飯)
或是有現成的飯 也直接配
這甚至比煮地瓜 燙青菜簡單....
反正通通拿去蒸就好 (地瓜拿去蒸 洗個澡出來就好了)
