各位好
我目前的蛋白質來源如下:
雞胸肉、鯛魚、水煮蛋
自製低脂優格、豆漿、低脂鮮奶
但我真的吃膩雞胸肉了
所以想改吃別的肉類
我想請教各位
像是輪切鮭魚&雞腿肉
去皮後再丟烤箱
這樣熱量會大減嗎?
請各位手下留情不要鞭我計較熱量
因為懷孕24週了,我只敢騎飛輪
對於熱量&食物營養也頗在意
希望能夠讓體重緩慢上升而不是爆肥
