因為不想一直看著自己的大肚腩長大
所以開始想要在家練腹部
於是乎手滑買了這台健身器材

主打腹部,三頭肌也能練
用了一個月後每次做完腹部從來沒有酸過
強度大概每次120下,每20下休息10秒
一般仰臥起坐跟交叉仰臥起坐輪(起身時左/右手肘碰右/左大腿)流切換做
平常沒有仰臥起坐的習慣,買這台後才開始
想要請益一般做完重訓理論上加強的位置不是應該至少會有點酸痛嗎?
如果完全沒有是代表沒練到嗎?
只有照片可能大家比較難體會,所以找了器材介紹的影片
