最近加大運動量(大約多跑一倍)之後
每次運動結束都好餓
晚餐是還有繼續照著量跟菜單吃
但是因為是科技業 通常會比較晚睡 (遠端處理問題之類的
到了晚上9點10點多就會感覺真的超餓
宵夜以前吃什麼滷味鹽酥雞泡麵
可是那些不健康都已經被我戒掉沒再吃了
所以開始找新的宵夜止餓選擇
後來發現鱈魚香絲好像還蠻不錯的
一包熱量只有100多卡 多跑10分鐘就回來了
脂肪含量也超低
而且它是要嚼的那種
之前說嘴巴嚼很多下 可以減少吃下去的份量 這招對我還蠻有用的
一包就可以止住饑餓
唯一不好的地方大概是鈉有點高...
不過平日三餐都是盡量少鹽 應該還勉強過得去
有人宵夜會吃鱈魚香絲的嗎?
