從五月開始學游泳後
就開始減肥
之前體重停滯期 大概持續快兩個禮拜
過停滯期之後 掉了兩三公斤
結果現在反而是自己沒有動力
就懶懶的
不知道怎辦 感覺好像少了點什麼耶
大家這時候都怎麼做呢?
換運動項目? 還是?
