bmi 沒量過但是應該偏高,都集中肚子跟臀部。
工作性質是辦公室。
基代 都固定吃1800
早餐 大概都是 豆漿咖啡(豆漿是甜的)
一根香蕉加奇異果。這樣應該沒有超過五百
中午跟公司訂便當。 大概都是八百卡都叫雞腿
晚餐 都吃菜不吃澱粉。

每天固定 重訓一小時,沒有有氧。類似靜力訓練。
偶爾搭配啞鈴。
11月比較忙幾乎都沒有運動,體重沒有往上變化。但是褲子有點緊
這是因為沒有運動關係嘛?
本來一週會游泳三次,現在天冷也少去了。想說改走路好了。
離目標 還有十二公斤 希望到二月可以成功。
請問我這樣會吃太少嘛? 26歲
首要目標是降體脂跟將體重降到78~80這樣。
還是我有氧太少?
有請各位幫忙一下~~~多謝
