例如重訓時 在ㄍㄧㄥ肌耐力的時候
會刻意去頂住那個力量練肌肉嗎???
或是單槓 明明很痛了 到底需不需要硬撐呢??
照身體反應 應該是不需要 畢竟身體在抗議了
但是我又想到英文古諺 --- "no pain no gain"
所謂.....無痛楚無獲得 XDD
大家都如何呢???? 感謝^^
