改善運動過量睡不好的方法? - 健身

以往有每天1-1.5小時左右的重訓習慣都還正常
但最近再重訓後加了30分鐘的有氧,睡眠直接爆炸
狀況是雖然入眠沒問題但平均每小時都會醒來1-2次
已經連續四五天一直醒睡不好感覺快死了
但又很不想降低訓練量跟有氧訓練過程中的爽度
請問有沒有不降低訓練量,利用其他食品或方式改善睡眠品質的方式?目前我試過睡前泡熱水澡、吃鈣鎂片等都沒效
如果不管他繼續這樣撐下去,再過幾天身體會慢慢習慣訓練量變好睡嗎?
可以的話我決定跟他拼了!謝謝
