小弟因為左膝報廢,不得已改變運動方式
5月初打羽毛球,跳殺後,倒地不起
x光 核磁共振都做,所幸無大礙,但是醫師
說我的左膝軟骨像50~60年紀
原因有二:一是先天發育不完整,二是後天
過度磨損。右膝正常。
我之前運動習慣
六日柴山茶水義工隊負重水20kg 兩趟
衛武營慢跑兩天
請問什麼運動是最低膝蓋軟骨損耗?
目前我只想到游泳,單車是高損耗軟骨運動
嗎?
