斜方肌怎樣安排 - 健身

開始認真健身以後一年多
我發現自己很像女生在練的背
就是背有變寬卻不太變厚 特別是斜方肌的部分
因此最近打算稍微調整肩日 背日的菜單
請大家幫我看一下安排
目前我覺得自己的肩膀相對其他部位還不錯
背部的話圓肌比較發達
因此想減少後束跟下拉類
肩日
1.槓鈴肩推
2.cable寬距划船 (專注斜方)
3.啞鈴聳肩
4.前舉
5.側舉
6.後飛
7.三頭
背日
1.槓鈴划船
2.引體向上
3.機械水平划船
4.直臂下拉
5.臉拉
不知道這樣合不合理
還是應該把斜方移到背日呢
