大學懵懵懂懂的健身了一年成功瘦身
辦了高雄健工 但因為不會練只是維持瘦身
後來搬回台北辦了中和健工請了教練也參觀當時剛開幕的新店健工
170骨骼肌拼到34
三項只接近三百
後來去國外工作一年又斷掉
回來住新店
那個人流量遠遠超過剛開幕時
我本身每天工時破十小時
6點出門回家也6-7點 吃個飯休息一下8.9點
再去到新店健工
深蹲架跟硬舉區有人
胸背都滿的不打緊
連肩膀這種都要等
最扯是有一次想熱身連跑步機都沒有
個人時間很有限的狀況看到在排器材真的很無力
算一算開始運動斷斷續續也四年多
這樣到底怎麼練
會籍到明年一月但最近幾個月都半放棄的狀態了
