開始健身到現在也兩年多了
這兩年間都沒有長時間的休息
頂多準備考試或偷懶一兩天沒練
最近訓練時感覺力量有些下滑
平時也很容易累
就算前一天睡十小時也一樣
晚上常常很難入睡
前幾天練腿
深蹲完做單腿蹲
組間休息的時候覺得頭有點暈
吃的東西都滿正常的
蛋白質每天150克 肉蛋乳清都有
白飯青菜蔬果也是都很均衡
訓練是肌肥大為主
腿胸背肩手輪著練
一天大概25到30組
還有一天會單獨練硬舉
身材算正常
170/75 體脂18%
有人也有過相同的情況嗎
在考慮要不要休兩個禮拜看看
