前陣子持續不嚴格重訓6個月
吃體重乘以1.5倍蛋白質
結果體重沒掉 體脂也沒掉
心灰意冷之際 就休息兩個月沒去運動
這兩個月 蛋白質補充更少 吃更多澱粉
但不敢吃太扯的澱粉 怕胖太快
就狂啃一包熱量才280卡的阿舍乾麵
平均一天兩包吧
這期間
每天總熱量攝取比之前更高一點
之前大概每天少tdee3200 現在多200吧
但結果卻瘦了4公斤!!!
約兩公斤脂肪 兩公斤肌肉
體脂掉了1%..
到底怎麼回事 我滿頭的問號
更少的運動 更多的澱粉跟熱量
居然莫名瘦了(也瘦到肌肉)???
到底怎麼回事 有人知道嗎...
