日前看到有健身網紅分享,認為循環式訓練是個減脂期的好幫手,
前一天剛好也在健身房遇到一個粒粒分明的巨巨,
槓鈴前蹲、核心登山+蜘蛛人、槓鈴划船、Burpee不間斷的狂做,
感覺超累但超有效?
各位巨巨有透過循環式訓練增肌或減脂成功的經驗嗎?
