如何拿捏食物攝取的多寡? - 健身

想請問各位巨巨們 我是個白色巨塔裡工作的高級台勞,目前已經重訓大約一個月左右,
大概一禮拜會上健身房3次(重訓1-1.5/h;有氧一禮拜一次30/min),飲食上也都是高蛋
白食物為主,其餘為輔,都是自己帶便當比較多,只是不太清楚該如何拿捏便當的份量,
算算自己的TDEE大概在1800左右,爬文看到若減脂需TDEE-300,所以大概一天的熱量是15
00左右,
但因為在白色巨塔人心黑暗、工作煩躁、壓力慎大,常常不小心爆食幾餐(亂吃),常常
覺得煩就會大吃大喝垃圾食物,馬上愧疚感攀升啊...
只是想問問大家如果在飲食方面 大家是如何去抓自己攝取食物的多寡呢?謝謝大家
