各位巨巨好
重訓到現在快2個月,第一次量inbody
體脂率還是蠻高的
想請問我需要增加有氧運動還是持續重訓即可不需要額外增加有氧呢?
目前一個禮拜去三至四次,
飲食也盡量清淡且不喝含糖飲料。
想請問各位有沒有什麼建議,謝謝。
