各位巨巨大家好
小魯認真開始重訓剛滿5個月
因為都是自己一個人練 目前身材有點卡關了 希望各位巨巨能給一點指點
先上數據:小弟我174公分
105.12.25 體重67kg 體脂19%
106.04.30 體重73kg 體脂15%
飲食的部份沒有刻意去記算熱量
只有少吃炸、甜然後多吃肉
剩下三餐就正常外食族
一天大概喝2-3份乳清
訓練的部份就是照館長的課表
胸+三頭
背+二頭
腿
肩+胸
手+背
動作大多都練自由重量偶爾用一點機械式 然後採取金字塔的練法 12rm兩組8rm 兩組 5rm
兩組
一個部位大概4-5個動作
目前覺得身材沒什麼變化了......
想要線條更明顯一點(這樣算不算腹肌文被噓XD)
由其是胸中間那塊 難到真的基因問題沒救了嗎QQQ
目標想練成魚晏(臉沒辦法至少身材像)
請問各位巨巨有什麼建議呢?
目前有想到幾點
1.改練健力5x5
2.控制熱量赤字然後照原課表繼續
3.把有氧加進去(因為真的不太愛有氧所以都沒做有氧)
最後附個圖 傷眼抱歉
請各位別鞭太大力
