這個月飲食不變 飲料減少
每週一,四 早晚重訓約半小時(自由重量)
其餘二,三,五,六早晚跑步機30分鐘速度6.2,每1分半坡度15(最高)和一般坡度輪替著,
星期天早晚各一小時(跑步機半小時加腳踏車半小時)
到12/30測inbody

脂肪重24.3(-0.5) 體脂27%(加0. 6%)
做了一個月結果體脂變更高 ,不知道怎麼修正才能朝向增肌減脂的方向前進
