終於了解健身的循環了
之前看新手置底文的我總認為就這樣慢慢的做,身體就會慢慢變壯
但是,如果沒有經過肌肥大的過程
肌肉是不會變大的。
就好像用10磅的啞鈴,每天舉15*5下,
經過1年之後,舉起10磅的重量的肌肉束,不會自己增加
要用更大的重量去破壞肌肉束,讓肌肉束變粗或者是數量增加
所以進行肌肥大的意義,在於讓肌肉能承受更重的重量
所以健身的循環應該是:
肌耐力 -> 肌肉已經習慣重量 -> 肌肥大(使肌肉組織重建) -> 肌肉能負荷更重的重量
難怪我之前一直在鬼打牆,因為我一直沒有讓肌肉成長! 下面這是4/8日
所拍的二頭肌+三頭肌
下面是5/13日所拍的二頭肌+三頭肌(在拍這張照片前有進行2個禮拜的肌肥大訓練)
是不是有感覺手臂粗了一圈?
我相信這是肌肥大的功勞,因為我前一陣子一直在鬼打牆。XD

網誌放上來是想分享一下自己健身的心得+圖文,比較好理解
順便想讓高手指正一下自己的觀念。
^^" 不曉得有沒有人跟我一樣笨笨的,雖然有看置底文
但是對於肌肥大的實際功效,沒有切身的體會。
所以才有一段時間的撞牆期,肌耐力與肌肥大的功用傻傻分不清
儘管健身才3個月,但是我最近體驗的肌肥大工程跟哥倫布發現新大陸一樣。
健身真是越深入就越有趣的運動阿!!
請大家不吝惜的話,給個指教^^"
