請問一下關於鍊胸或鍊手時
強度除了依照rm以外 , 練完會痠痛個一兩天的話
這樣就代表有練到了嗎? 因為我總覺得進步很慢,
特別是胸的部分 我是用史密斯和蝴蝶機
隔天一定都會痠痛個一兩天,重量也都有慢慢上升
可是就是外觀沒有明顯進步說
還是說要痛到痛不欲生的程度才會長大呀= =
