新手卡關如何進步? - 健身

先謝謝進來看文的各位巨巨
加入健身房已經快兩個月了 因為有先做功課所以大概先從大肌群開始練
每個禮拜大概練3天 想問的是 在腿部我用的是推蹬肌 進步相當明顯
從自身體重57公斤左右 可以做到80到90公斤
但是胸跟背進步的速度讓我有點挫折 尤其是背部 已經卡在12rm 45公斤左右很久了 而且第二三組 大概就在10下收工
想問如果這樣卡住 需要更換菜單嗎 例如改變動作或是更改重量
想請教以前巨巨新手時期的做法……

體脂計跳出17 讓我有點嚇到
p.s在請教大家 做完dip時 胸骨會不舒服 隔天會痛 是不適合這個動作嗎?
