日常作息時間:晚上11點睡覺 早上6:30分起床 (睡眠、工作、...等時間)
生活型態:上班族(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
因為最近感覺身體越來越疲憊了 該是運動的時候 因為不喜歡在戶外
所以才會選擇到健身房去運動 只是不知道一開始先著手哪一方面的器材會比較好
感覺應該會先使用走路的那台機器(今天有去看過.....不知道正確名稱)
如果預訂想運動兩小時 那兩小時如果都使用那台機器的話對我的身體負擔會很大嗎?
