請問嚴重鐵腿時? - 健身

原PO現在是大三女生
國高中時還滿喜歡打打球跳跳舞的
自從上了大學以來就沒有好好的運動過......
最近為了希望體力變好以及身體健康(當然還有順便減脂~~~~)
開始天天去跑步機慢跑
第一天因為穿了不合腳的布鞋跑步
跑了半小時才發現會痛
後來回家一看,左右腳都已經有一兩根腳趾甲溝炎囉(指甲刺到肉裡)
不過後來我改成赤足跑步,就不會痛,現在症狀也開始慢慢好轉了
第一天因為急著想運動跑步
跑步前的伸展只有不用心的隨便做了兩分鐘
跑完的收操也是隨便做了三分鐘...對不起我知錯了:(
最後當天總計跑了一小時(分兩個時段,一次半小時,半小時大約3.3公里)
隔天起床之後大腿小腿和手臂全都變鐵啦
超級無敵痛的,要下床的時候還掙扎了一下XD
但是因為重拾運動覺得很舒服
就不管它繼續去跑(一天都跑30分鐘~1hr)
但運動前後的暖身和伸展都有比較用心去做
現在一個禮拜過去了
上述那些位置都還是像鐵一樣,痛痛的
請問我現在應該要讓身體休息一下嘛?
還是可以繼續去跑步不管它呢?
因為運動流汗好舒服,只要一有空就想去跑一下呀~~~~~
