新手在家訓練一年心得 - 健身

先說我還沒有練的非常好,純粹分享在家鍛鍊的心得但還是先附幾個圖吧

一開始是跟cobra的徒手教學,後面看到姐夫的中文翻譯頻道就買些器材在家訓練,然後
持續關注幾個健身頻道
因為我是住在公司宿舍然後離健身房有些距離,我本身是送貨司機比較重視隔天開車的精
神,而且我已經35歲了所以我不可能把自己操爆像一週練5天之類的,我就讓自己最有感
受度為優先然後在房間裡訓練,以盡量不代償跟避免受傷為主,當日有事就順延不會隔天
補做
一週只有週一週四是訓練日,二、三、五就只花10分鐘排腹肌訓練,接著到宿舍工字樑做
2個動作各3組的引體向上,寬正握跟窄反握,目前一個動作1組8下,下一個動作1組6下,
不管哪個動作先開始都是8下6下這樣配,最後一組拉到力竭
器材我只有3組40磅組合啞鈴跟一張臥推床而已,重量就先以自己的極限,菜單我想就不
列了,我是做的動作做四組,前三組就是8下起先練到12下就加重量,最後一組力竭組不
管數量,整個訓練結束我會再去工字樑引體向上窄正握一組力竭大概10、11下
吃的話我只有大概知道自己的TDEE然後大概估算,訓練完就基本吃個水煮蛋、水煮雞胸肉
、蔬菜跟配御飯糰或貝果,一天早中晚各補個蛋白粉一份,其他就吃一些自己覺得簡單乾
淨的食物,但是聚餐那些還是會去吃的,所以上次去朋友家量那種兩隻手平舉抓根握桿的
體重計測體脂肪是20初吧
最後我覺得不管做什麼能持續是最重要的,一定會有變化,希望在家鍛鍊的人也能慢慢朝
理想體態前進囉
