小弟想請教板上的大大 早上起來晨跑燃脂 晚上重訓 目標是增肌 那這樣一整天的熱量要把早上晨跑消耗的熱量 吃回來嗎?《TDEE+500+晨跑》還是說吃到TDEE+500就可以了?
還有……電鍋蒸菜有啥方法可以好吃阿 我都是洗完裝盤蒸 然後直接吃 雖然這樣的自然味也吃了3個月 只是有辦法可以讓菜更好吃嗎 ? 謝謝大大們
