只重訓 不有氧 不忌口 - 健身

就大胖變小胖
吃只注意蛋白質每天最少150g
carb 跟fat 絕對都吃超過
近一個月才開始熱量赤字
減少carb 盡量練前/後攝取就好
運動算是純重量訓練的力量課表
一三五每次都有squat或DL
加上BP或軍式肩推
沒有追求重量一直加 卡很久了
二四六日 排肩膀 背 胸 肌肥大
不練二三頭
請問巨巨們 課表跟飲食可以怎麼調整?
目前想有效率一點減脂 不奢求增肌
麻煩巨巨給點建議
