我重訓了大概一年,之前都沒什麼做腿,最近一兩個月開始嘗試自由槓深蹲
首先自己不管髖或是腳踝活動度都很差,一開始就算墊槓片也蹲不太下去,之後慢慢伸展後
勉強可以做到屁股跟膝蓋平行
但是感覺下去後有屁股眨眼的情況,如果蹲超過100沒上腰帶會感覺下背出力蠻多的,不知
道是哪個地方還需要加強
題外話,如果穿舉重鞋應該會比墊槓片好吧? 墊槓片每次都要橋姿勢,還沒開始蹲力氣都
快耗盡了
