三餐內容:熱量估算易受餐飲的原物料、份量、製程手法影響,請儘可能量化並描述
例:使用直徑「30~40mm之貢丸或桌球體積」為度量衡參考標準
吃了2貢丸炒A菜,油度還好;吃了3貢丸魯肉.....etc...
早餐:一個肉包 開水
午餐:一個蛋白多多堡+高蛋白牛奶
晚餐:一個蛋白多多堡+高蛋白牛奶
其他:中間肚子餓會吃茶葉蛋 一天最多3顆
日常作息時間:(睡眠、工作、...等時間)
工作關係 久坐 朝9晚9 固定12點前入睡 隔天7點醒來
生活型態:(上班族、學生、體力工作者、運動員、...)
上班族 要在電腦前面待很久
健康狀況:(是/否)
胃食道逆流
醫師是否告訴過您,您的心臟有問題,您只能作醫師建議的運動?
當您活動時是否會有胸痛的感覺?

無運動習慣
有快走30分鐘 兩天內會強迫自己走8000步
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
之前用18/6 早餐不吃 把體重降到105左右 後面胃食道逆流
醫生說早餐一定要吃 就去買個肉包吃
然後也有參加營養營
TANITA給出的基代是1600
說一天的碳水180 蛋白質130
基本上就都這樣吃 碳水不會超過180 蛋白質會用蛋白粉拉到每天130
以前18/6是沒有早餐那顆肉包 其餘一樣
最近兩三個月開始卡關 甚至曲線往上 回到了115
試著回去用18/6 火燒心又燒的不行
有點自暴自棄 所以來貴版請教各位大大該怎麼辦
