剛入手飛輪,主要是想減肥,有保持在最大心率的60%~80%,RPM大概是70~80,踩踏時
間40分鐘,都只有稍微流汗,請問這樣是正常的嗎?還是要增加阻力及降低RPM維持心率
在60%~80%?
