新手用推/拉/腿來排菜單是否合適? - 健身

各位版友好 前幾天有發文請益過菜單
有版友建議我不要胸/肩/背/手全部排同一天
所以我爬了一些相關文章
其中一篇#1Of0qvJx [翻譯] 給新手的建力訓練課表:推拉腿(PPL)

原本我的菜單是有氧2天+腿2天+上半身2天+休息日1天
這篇把推/拉/腿分成3天 每個部份一周2練+休息日1天
我的理解 推=胸+三頭+肩膀 拉=背+二頭 不知道這樣對嗎?
以這篇的概念當基礎 把上半身分2天是否合適?
另外休息日前一天如果不是排腿 是否可以加入有氧(健身車or公路車)?
