最近剛開始健身的新手
在練硬舉的時候
因為握力不夠所以拉不起
但大腿或屁股其實沒有甚麼酸
所以想要添購拉力帶
但因為新手一開始就用拉力帶
怕之後握力反而會跟不上
變成一定要用拉力帶
