事情是這樣的
本肥平常一週練四天
但是因為前兩個禮拜比較忙所以都休息
結果三天前去練腿 都跟平常一樣重量
但是從昨晚開始不管躺著還是坐著都超容易抽筋
光是坐下的動作就可以抽
只有站著不會抽(大bang會有障礙
各位知道該緩和這個狀況嗎?
