新手練stronglift5x5 - 健身

大家好
我大約在三個月前開始上健身房
正式加入健身房不到一個月的時間
次數不多 大約是一周一次~兩次的頻率
主要都還是在摸索階段
之前只有固定練槓鈴深蹲+其他機械器材
目前考慮將stronglift5X5當作我的課表
想請問一下
第一次嘗試過頭肩推時
重量只有30KG
卻覺得
我的腰背臀不適甚至有些微疼痛
自我評估
原因可能是我過去
身體長期姿勢不良
及運動時幾乎沒有暖身
核心跟臀部肌肉發炎所造成的
可能也有些微的骨盆前傾
(因為過去就會因為久坐容易腰痠或是臀部緊繃的感覺)
這樣的話
肩推有建議可以改成什麼其他訓練嗎
目前還沒有使用過啞鈴
但覺得可能只有啞鈴的坐姿肩推
會跟槓鈴所使用到的部位相同
另外想請問有其他更適合新手的課表嗎
現在覺得簡易好入門的
只有SL5X5了
還請各位幫忙解答一下
