原PO剛進健身房2個禮拜
174/59 主要目的是以增加肌肉為主
最近爬了一些文章 請各位幫幫看看這樣課表可以嗎
每個機器都是5組15下
順序:
史密斯平推
蝴蝶機夾胸
小腿(通常練完上面兩個就快沒力 所以練腿緩和)
史密斯上胸
三頭(同小腿原因)
雙槓撐體(這練完基本上胸肌就沒力了)
腹肌
二頭
腹肌(跟上面不同機器)
洗澡回家

迷思1:
以上課表OK嗎
迷思2:
我都是1、3、5練 這樣只休息48小時夠嗎
迷思3:
胸肌練到後面基本上就快沒力 又沒有人可以輔助我
我應該降低重量維持5組15下還是維持重量練到沒力
迷思4:
就算沒去健身房在家我也會自己練二手跟腹肌
這樣會因為每天練二頭跟腹肌反而揠苗助長嗎
迷思5:
我沒有喝高蛋白 我每天吃大概2500卡(本身基代約1600) 蛋白質大概100g
有需要特別補充高蛋白嗎
