新手訓練菜單求指教 - 健身

目前踏入健身房約半年
目標是想增肌 身高175/體重60 想衝到65kg以上
自己安排動作並照著此課表跑了3個月左右 一週一循環 練5休2

有些問題想請教:
1.我是採取部分動作會交替練 ()部分為隔週會替代的動作
例如這週平胸用槓鈴練 下週平胸就用啞鈴練
這週滑輪下拉 下週就用引體向上
這樣交替給予肌肉不同的刺激 這樣做可行嗎?
2.目前還沒試過大重量的訓練 老實說跑著此課表一段時間了
有感覺到肌肉沒有像之前那麼的痠痛了 請問要在哪個動作加入大重量比較適合呢?
3.胸跟背一週只有約20組 查過資料大概要25組以上比較好
所以在考慮要再加入一個動作還是直接提升組數 哪個比較好呢?
