每週健身房次數大約三次,比較無法分開肌群練
所以目前執行SL 5x5 課表
深蹲80
硬舉82.5
臥推57.5
槓鈴划船65
槓鈴肩推40
發現重量在往上加1.25-2.5會有最後1-2組無法做完
請問會建議調整課表還是推薦換新的課表(有推薦多關節重訓的其他課表)?
