28歲男,身高181,過去十年沒怎麼認真運動過,體重在70-76之間徘徊,三個月前開始接

到健身,請教練上課,每週三練推拉腿
第一個月主要就是學習動作,吃的部分就多吃肉蛋魚和乳清蛋白,第二個月開始加上有氧
,吃肌酸,魚油,維他命,20分鐘橢圓機在重訓之後做,這兩個月的效果非常好,我的肌
肉增加了3kg,脂肪減了3kg,感覺是完美的執行新手福利期了,體脂從25.7下降到21.2,
體態有明顯改變
第三個月我想把體脂刷多一點,想盡快到達15-18這個區間,所以我增加了訓練頻率,從
一周三練改成五練,多增加了一次推跟拉,有氧從20分鐘增加到30分鐘,訓練前吃左旋肉
鹼跟咖啡因片,飲食上有稍微低碳水,主觀感受是重量上不去或有點下滑,然後容易感到
疲勞,但為了驗證我的策略我還是把它撐完了,想說這個月的數據應該會很驚人吧
結果今天我去測了第三個月的數據,肌肉-0.4公斤, 脂肪-0.4kg,體脂只掉了0.2,著實
的震驚了,不但幾乎沒效果,甚至比我前兩個月進步的幅度都差
這三個月以來基本上戒糖,炸物,宵夜,零食,每天蛋白質絕對超過體重1.5倍每克,唯
一不太好的就是我的睡眠習慣比較差,偶爾偶爾會吃大餐,燒肉火鍋類的,頻率一周不超
過一次,吃的時候也是肉菜狂幹
想請問大家怎麼看,我教練說我碳水太少訓練強度不能維持所以掉肌肉,體脂沒怎麼掉是
因為我突然吃太少代謝掉了,我的少吃反而不夠少吃,反而還是吃多了,他希望我碳水吃
回來,強度繼續練上去
另一位健身教練說我他媽就是吃太多練太少,前面兩個月只是久沒運動突然開始訓練的甜
頭,真正的辛苦現在才要開始,叫我減脂見到有腹肌為止再乾淨增,不然就隨便吃練三年
再開始減脂
