三餐內容:
早餐: 中杯熱拿鐵 + 香蕉一根 + Greek優格一盒(100kcal)
或 中杯熱拿鐵 + 厚片土司一片抹草莓果醬
午餐: 通常是在外面買雞肉沙拉一大盒(含醬約400kcal- http://bit.ly/1T5tsSx)
+湯(含配料約300kcal http://bit.ly/1T5twBJ)
+ 法國麵包一片配奶油
下午茶 :中杯冰拿鐵 或 無糖冰鮮奶茶(自己沖)
晚餐:蒸蛋(2顆蛋)淋醬油+一點麻油
+ 燙青菜淋醬油
其他:下午在辦公室有時候會偷吃零食(巧克力或是米果類餅乾)
一週會喝約兩次微糖珍奶
週末外出會吃比較多(熱炒,小火鍋等)
日常作息時間:晚上十一點睡,早上六點半到七點起床
生活型態:上班族,通勤搭車以及坐在電腦前時間很長

運動習慣:
很不愛運動,健身房報名兩年去過的次數少得可憐(汗)
去年衝動報了半馬有稍微逼自己一週慢跑1-3次(持續1-2個月,每次約45分鐘)
但十月跑完半馬到現在都沒在運動過...體力大幅下降
今天在跑步機跑了10分鐘+爬梯機5分鐘就完全不行了...
我的問題:
五月初要結婚,希望在這兩個月內能瘦3-4公斤
想要開始跑跑步機+簡單重訓(手臂跟大腿)+控制飲食
希望大家能給予指教(運動以及飲食),謝謝!
