先不說你吃的東西
一個禮拜才運動一次的人基本上就跟沒運動差不多
你一個禮拜慢跑一小時的量 頂多五百卡
嗑兩隻雞腿就打平了
更何況你吃的東西全都是減重的人的大忌
什麼煎餃 排骨便當
每天全都超量攝取 然後靠一個禮拜跑步一次
覺得自己好棒棒 我會瘦
是不是好天真好可愛喔
閣下不是工程師 卡洛里加減一下就知道不可能吧
你如果會瘦 全天下沒人會胖了
