以下是小弟親身體驗。
我算是多夢、睡得長又不易睡飽的那型,
尤其是做完有氧或重訓完,雖然睡得沈,但隔天醒來總覺得累累的,
前幾週在網路上發現一種睡姿,叫「還陽臥」,大概是這種睡姿:

睡時擺這姿勢睡,如果睡熟了姿勢不見了也沒差,反正就是以這姿勢入睡,
睡了兩天後,
我原本都是半夜12點多一點才睡,早上八點半起床上班(但都有睡不醒的疲勞感),
但第二天開始,我竟然早上7點多就自己醒來,不是被尿意叫醒的那種,
而且醒來後整個人很清醒,也沒什麼睡意,
看看手機,時間還早,就躺在床上看能不能再睡著,但竟也都睡不著,頭腦非常清醒,
有興趣的可以google一下「還陽臥」、「混元臥」.
