連續運動三個月,體重不減反增,
所以想問問是否飲食控制沒做好?
還是該加強自己的xbike運動量了!
因為吃鍋邊素關係,所以每天早上自己帶自己烹調的早餐,蔬菜麵跟蛋
但是遇到卡路里瓶頸,
想問這樣便當的麵卡路里是700卡左右嗎?

便當的話是長15公分,寬7公分,高5公分
這是分兩餐吃的,早餐一半,
中午吃半個素食便當
晚上在把早餐剩下的麵吃掉,然後在喝湯,
踩xbike一小時微喘,
澱粉吃太多了嗎??!(>﹏<)(>﹏<)
