體脂率:23
參考照片:(可免填,但抱怨自己太壯或肌肉太大塊者必填)
三餐內容
早餐:饅頭(300)+沖泡食品和燕麥(150)+水煮蛋(75)=525(下周開始會加一片起司50)
午餐:學校營養午餐2種青菜各一個拳頭多(200)+白飯1個拳頭(300) 吃兩盤=1000
晚餐:中午的份量吃一盤(菜會少一點)=450
其他:假日在家吃,因為沒運動會吃少一點。
日常作息時間:6點起床,11點睡覺。
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
下班後,慢跑30分鐘,沒下雨的話,一周跑步5天,假日休息。
我的問題:
Q1:這樣的菜單還需要補強多吃些東西嗎?
Q2:因為不吃肉,所以每天都會攝取一個蛋,有時候會有豆腐,這樣還需要補充
牛奶嗎?
Q3:想要再減脂,目前大概停滯了一個月,是要增加跑步的時間,還是跑步速度
上還要加快?因為覺得自己跑步的速度大概是比快走快,可是比起操場的某
些阿杯又慢很多...還有不知道自己的運動量能吃到多少才好,感覺吃很多,
又動不夠多?
請神人們指教!
