我是否已經詳讀置底文及精華區中的新手專區:是
基本資料
性別:女
年齡:22
身高:162cm
體重:63.6
BMI:24.2
體脂率:27.1%
基代:1348
其他:
腰67cm 臀97cm 大腿(一條)61cm
三餐內容
早餐:無 或牛奶
午餐:選擇很多,列出最近吃過的。
1.肉丸、碗糕
or
2.麵線
or
3.鍋貼+紫菜湯
or
4.潤餅卷+酸辣湯
or
5.60元 排骨便當 、 魚便當 (不吃炸主食、三副蔡一主菜)
晚餐:
1.雞絲麵
or
2.蛋包飯+炸豬排沙拉
or
3.滷味(不加醬料)
or
4. 便當
日常作息時間:8:20起床-00:30睡覺
生活型態:上班族
運動習慣:
大約兩天一次騎 x-bike 阻力3 speed 30以上 30-40分鐘,心跳數約120~130左右
從現在開始想改變成每天騎 x-bike 阻力3 speed 30以上 40-45分鐘。
我的問題:(請將您主要的疑問陳述於此)
由於我女朋友沒有辦法只喝水,堅持一定要喝糖分飲料,且不喜歡茶的味道。
因此感覺減肥格外的困難,已經持續大約兩天一次騎 x-bike 30-40分鐘,心跳數
約120~130左右,但體重以及身形並沒有太大的改變。且我女朋友是那一種上下身
比例超級不協調,上半身看起來很瘦,但是下半身(大腿、屁股)卻超級多肉。
因此想請問版友們該如何調整,謝謝!
