小弟是接觸不久的新手
想請問在家練胸肌
臥推跟伏立挺身 對我練胸肌幫助比較大
普通的伏立挺身 大概能做40個 抬腳跟加重沒試過
臥推的話 器材只有16P啞鈴一組
想請問哪個對我練比較有幫助呢?
