今天第一次去健身房
看了置底文替新手邊的菜單
開開心心的抄下來 來後就去了
發現
好多機器不會用阿!
像是肩膀的部位有說要使用槓鈴胸前划船

還有
文中有講到
側腹 - 用羅馬椅來凹側腹
腹肌 - 像蝦子一樣的那個,訓練腹部肌耐力
羅馬椅我找到了 但是要怎麼凹側腹
然後鍛鍊腹肌的那個像蝦子一樣的我找不到
請大家給我一些指引吧!!
