正確來說我已經一兩年沒有"持續運動"的習慣
現在意識到體重變重 體力變差的危機
所以決定去慢跑....
因為體力變很差 大概持續慢跑一千就想停下來走路
走路我會快走 然後再跑一下 再走....
想請問大家~
1.如果我想要增加慢跑長度 是要跑到不行再走再跑
還是跑一圈走一圈 固定頻率比較好呢?!
2.吃飽飯後多久去跑步是最好的呢?
另外...
快走腳踝會痛是鞋子不對(我穿一般運動鞋)還是走路姿勢?
