持續了2個月的運動,體脂從31降到27.7,
運動為
1.每天上下班腳踏車通勤(上班下坡30分鐘,下班上坡40分鐘)
2.假日晨跑50分鐘
3.下班時挑1天打1小時不太激烈的羽球,假日挑一天跳20分鐘跳繩
飲食方面有少吃,但我這次不詳述
預計要增加內容
1.上班前跳10~20分鐘跳繩(操場離家太遠,排除晨跑
2.主要想加入重訓,但不想花錢去健身房,又不想花錢買太多儀器(租屋很小),新手重訓可如何加強昵?動作要如何做?有圖片、影片、網趾可供參考嗎
