新手飲食問題建議 - 健身

各位巨巨好
小弟剛開始健身大概兩個月
原本肌肉量跟基礎代謝率都是偏低
一個禮拜大概練個四次
強度照表操課自認是足夠
當然也開始多吃
身高大概168
體重從57》60
但是體脂肪率卻從 17%》18%
目前基礎代謝率大概在1400左右可能再多一點
雖然慢慢可以看得到有一點肌肉線條
可是小腹跟腰間贅肉卻有增加的趨勢
對此我覺得很慌張
這陣子開始吃碳循環
以基礎代謝率*1.55算 正常該吃到2170kcal
有練的話 會吃超過 沒練會控制在2000左右
平時都是吃燕麥 跟清蒸的蔬菜跟雞胸
油酯的的話會量橄欖油喝 或 吃堅果 補
蛋白值每天是抓60*2.2 盡量每天吃到140g左右
平均分配在每天五個時段
有幾個問題想要請問各位大大
對於我這樣的新手來說 應該是以增加肌肉量為第一目標
等到到了一定程度再開始考慮減脂的問題?
如果當天的熱量已經到了 可是蛋白質還沒吃夠
應該要再吃上去嗎 ?
(我目前是不管低碳日或高碳日都會吃上去)
個人是希望未來體脂可以降到14%以內,可是不知道現在應該以增加肌肉為優先持續增加體?
麻煩各位解惑了
