請問各位巨巨和正妹~
因為體重32kg 體脂18%
被醫師強烈要求要增重15KG
經過一個月自己狂吃高熱量食物到36kg
測到BMI16.7 骨骼肌39% 體脂24%
教練覺得肌肉過少 體脂偏高
有什麼機器可以測量出體脂分布嗎?
覺得脂肪如果長在正確位置(胸)
就不需要特別去降脂
魯妹並不想犧牲罩杯去降低體脂肪率
只想要多運動增加肌肉就好了
教練建議多吃澱粉和肉
吃很多澱粉 體脂會怎樣呢?
一餐吃3碗飯有點困難
還是一天四餐改六餐
繼續維持每餐1.5~2碗飯配3碗菜/肉的模式
菜鳥腳踏車6~8km/1HR+其他伸展操/徒手運動1HR
每周三次 每次運動熱量消耗應該沒150 有痠痛感
基礎代謝1000
吸收力欠佳 用量去衝 能量轉化率不明
